Ordering Information

You may order items from The Map Chest in any one of the following ways:

1. By Phone: Call 703-899-7351.
2. Through this web site: Every item for sale has an "Order Now" button that will take you to the Map Chest order form.
3. Email. We can take orders by e-mail, but we strongly encourage that you do not send credit card information over regular e-mail. Either call or send your credit card information through our web site so that it stays protected.
4. Mail. We can also take orders by regular mail if you prefer to pay by personal check. Please call for mailing directions, and we will set aside your order for at least 7 days. Please provide all of the information requested on our web site order form so that we can ensure prompt delivery of your order.

Payment Options:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, personal checks in US$, Euros or Pounds Sterling and electronic fund transfers. Please call for account information on electronic fund transfers and for map prices in Euros or Pounds.

Return Policy

Any item purchased from The Map Chest may be returned up to ten days after receipt for a full refund, providing that items are returned in the same condition as received. Postal insurance is the responsibility of the sender. Any returned items that arrive at the Map Chest with obvious damage to the external packaging will be "Refused" and returned to sender without being opened. In the very unlikely event that we refuse a delivery due to damage, you should open the package and inspect the contents. If damaged, you should file for a claim from your postal insurance. If the contents are undamaged, then we apologize for the inconvenience and will ask you to resend the item for your refund.
